At My Vitality, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return or replacement policy.
Return Eligibility
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement. To be eligible:

The item must be returned to our warehouse with a valid tracking number

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for refunds

We cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@myvitality.store or via WhatsApp Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions, along with your return shipping label via email.
❗ Important: Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Received a damaged or non-working product? Or it doesn’t fit quite right?
No worries — we've got you covered.
If your product arrives damaged, isn’t working properly, or doesn’t fit as expected, simply contact us within 30 days. We’ll send you a free replacement right away.
In most cases, this is faster and easier than processing a full return.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be registered in our Fulfilment system and cannot be stopped.
Refunds
